Our Distribution service includes Delivery to Site, Placement, Assembly, and Installation.

The ideal scenario for anyone looking at purchasing multiple items, especially a hotel type project, would be to order the items to arrive when the project can accept delivery, however, this is not always possible, which means some storage space may be required.

We can arrange delivery either from collection at the port, direct from the supplier or from the storage warehouse. Even if we have not been involved with the freight/import and local storage. As part of our full service, an experienced team of installers can be supplied, this is ideal, especially as most projects don’t have sufficient staff to receive, carry and place, install the many hundreds of items, delivered.

The benefits of this stage in our Full-Service offer, is that you will be dealing with only one (1) service provider from purchase or import. Which means that Cargo insurance (if applicable) continues from purchase to installation, making Procurit Solutions responsible for the quality handling of all your purchases. A major element of this service is that we will work with you on designing the delivery and transport plan. This is an in-depth schedule by item, quantity, date, and area for delivery to. We will make this available to all those involved in the project to ensure a seamless delivery which is not interfering with other ongoing areas of the project, like construction, repairs, maintenance, or other deliveries.

 Up to this point all the long hours taken to get to the purchasing stage, can be undone by failing to have a solid, robust logistics plan and installation schedule.

 This requires careful thought, clear communication, planning and scheduling, with suppliers, project managers, interior designers, owners, and developers. Procurit can manage the operation for both logistics (delivery) and installation, alternatively we can put you in touch with service providers who we would recommend.

 When we say Distribution/Delivery, this can include everything from collection at supplier’s premises, import customs clearance temporary storage to placing into the room or area.

 A major element of this service is that we will work with you on designing the delivery and transport plan from import or supplier.

This is an in-depth schedule by item, quantity, date, and area for delivery to. We will make this available to all those involved in the project to ensure a seamless delivery which is not interfering with other ongoing areas of the project, like construction, repairs, maintenance, or other deliveries.

 At this stage your project team may be small and very busy with other areas of the project or simply not available. Procurit can take on the installation, where we would ensure the right items are placed in the correct locations, unpacked, and staged, removing any discarded packing materials.

As an additional Service we do offer Installation, where we provide the required manpower and equipment to receive the items at Project Site, assist with the quantity checking, delivery from loading/unloading bay to room or area, then carry out installation and assembly. This can be part of the Full-Service Package, or as a stand alone service. Should you require either one or all of the services, let us know in your initial contact, or when completing the Service Requirement Questionnaire. Throughout the installation phase, we will provide a daily/end to shift report, describing all the items delivered, work carried out, condition of items delivered and work to be carried out. This can be supplemented by photographs or video if requested.
